Do I have to pay every month?
Only if you choose a plan that includes monthly charges, and those pay for fixing minor errors and bugs — not for the licence. On Plan 1 there is nothing to pay after the first payment.

The fastest route is WhatsApp — messages are answered the same day. A demonstration takes about twenty minutes and can be done on your own products and prices, either on site or over a call.
What to include in your message
- What the business is — shop, bakery, restaurant, rental yard, export office or school
- Roughly how many products or students you handle
- How many people will use the system, and at how many counters or branches
- Whether you already have a PC, thermal printer and barcode scanner
With those four things, a price and a timeline can be given straight away rather than after a week of back and forth.
