What you need at the counter.

In the cloud, any computer, tablet or phone will do. Installed at your shop, EasyPOS and EasyTailor run on an ordinary Windows machine — use what you have, or have it supplied with the installation.

Hardware is quoted at the current market rate on the day you ask, so nothing here goes stale. The specification above is the minimum — anything better will also work.

Before you buy anything

Three things worth knowing first

Your existing PC probably works

The specification above is a minimum, not a recommendation to replace anything. Most counters already have a machine that runs EasyPOS perfectly well. Send the specification and you will get a straight yes or no.

The printer matters more than the PC

Receipt layout, paper width and Urdu printing all depend on the thermal printer model. Tell us which one you have before buying rolls in bulk — it is the single most common cause of a reprint.

Any scanner that types will do

Barcode scanners behave like keyboards, so almost any USB model works without a driver. If you already own one, keep it — there is no need to buy a matched set.

How it runs

On the desk, in the browser, in your hand

Windows desktop

The installed counter application for EasyPOS and EasyTailor. Fast on modest hardware, works with the barcode scanner and thermal printer, and keeps running when the internet does not.

Web

Every product runs in the browser in the cloud, so branches and staff work from the same live data. EasyExport is online only.

Mobile

For the owner who is not in the shop. Check today's sales, stock and outstanding balances from the phone.

Your data stays yours

Installed, the database sits on hardware you control. In the cloud, your company has its own private database with daily backups — and a full copy is yours on request.

Tell us the trade, and you will get a straight answer.

Say what the business does and roughly how many products, users and branches are involved. You will get a figure and a realistic timeline — not a discovery call.
