General
What is EasySol?
EasySol (formerly Easy POS System) is a Pakistani software company. It builds four business systems: EasyPOS for shops, bakeries, restaurants and rental services; EasyExport for exporters; EasySchool for schools; and EasyTailor for tailor shops and boutiques.
Who builds and supports it?
Muhammad Naveed, a software engineer, builds and supports every product personally. There is no ticket queue or account manager — when you call about a problem, you speak to the person who wrote the code.
Which businesses does it serve?
Retail and grocery shops, bakeries and sweets, restaurants and cafes, rental services, exporters, schools, and tailor shops and boutiques — each already running on the relevant product.
Is it a subscription, or do I own it?
Your choice. EasyPOS, EasySchool and EasyTailor can be used in the cloud for a monthly fee, or installed on your own computer and owned outright with one payment. EasyExport runs online, monthly or yearly. Every plan includes the complete system.
Products
What is the difference between EasyPOS, EasyExport, EasySchool and EasyTailor?
EasyPOS handles point of sale, stock, production, rental, payroll and accounts. EasyExport runs an export business: local purchases and bardana, shipments, invoices, payments, clearing agents and ledgers, with an optional Local Trading module. EasySchool covers a school from admission to result card, with WhatsApp and a mobile app for parents and staff. EasyTailor runs a tailor shop from measurement to delivery, with karigar piece-rate payroll.
Does EasyPOS handle bakeries, restaurants and rentals, or only retail?
All of them, in the same product. Production turns raw materials into your own products at their real cost; rent slips and rent bills count the days for you; and one login can run several businesses side by side.
Can receipts and ledgers print in Urdu?
Yes. Receipts, invoices and ledgers print in English, in Urdu, or in both. Tell us your printer model so the layout is right the first time.
Does it work without the internet?
The installed versions of EasyPOS, EasySchool and EasyTailor run on the computer in front of you, so an internet outage does not stop work. The cloud versions and EasyExport need an internet connection.
Is there a mobile app?
EasyPOS, EasyExport and EasyTailor work on a phone and can be added to the home screen like an app. EasySchool has its own mobile app for parents and for teachers and staff.
Are there training videos?

Pricing & buying
How much does it cost?
Each product has its own prices, shown in full on the pricing page and on each product page: the cloud monthly fee and setup, the one-time Lifetime price, and the Care and Start plans, with first-year and three-year totals side by side.
Is there a free trial?
EasyPOS, EasyTailor and EasyExport have a free 30-day trial with everything included, and your data stays when you subscribe. For EasySchool we set up a trial with your own classes and fee structure before you decide.
Do I have to pay every month?
Only on a plan with a monthly charge. The Lifetime plan is one payment with nothing monthly. On the Care plan, if you stop the monthly care the software keeps working, just without updates.
What happens after I get in touch?
Tell us the business over WhatsApp or a call; try it free or with your own data; your account or installation is set up and your records loaded; then your staff are trained and you go live.
How long does it take to go live?
About three days for EasyTailor, within a week for EasyPOS and EasyExport, and two to three weeks for EasySchool, including data entry and training. Larger operations take longer, and you are told that up front.
Can I move from my current software?
In most cases, yes. Products, customers, suppliers and opening balances can usually be brought across — for EasyExport, even every old transaction in detail. Send a sample of what you have and you will be told honestly what can be moved.
Hardware
What hardware do I need?
For the cloud: any computer, tablet or phone with internet. For an installed system: a Windows 10 or 11 computer with a Core i3 (Core i5 for EasySchool), 8 GB RAM and an SSD, plus a thermal printer and barcode scanner at a shop counter. Full details on the hardware page.
Can I use the computer, printer and scanner I already have?
Usually. The specification is a minimum, not a reason to replace anything — send it over and you will get a straight yes or no. Barcode scanners behave like keyboards, so almost any USB model works without a driver.
Do you supply the hardware?
On request, at the market price on the day. Printers, scanners and label printers can be supplied and set up with your installation, or you can use your own.
Data & security
Where is my data kept?
Installed: on your own computer, in your shop, school or office. Cloud: in your company’s own private database on EasySol’s secure server, with daily off-site backups. Either way the data belongs to you, and a full copy is yours on request.
What happens if my computer fails?
Backups run automatically on a schedule, and can go to Google Drive, so a failure costs you a morning of restoring rather than your records. In the cloud, backups are taken for you every day.
Support
What if I need something that is not in the standard system?
Ask. An extra field, a different print layout or a new report can usually be added — you are not waiting on a roadmap decided somewhere else.
